How the comparison is calculated
The Bowflex assembly manual lists two 5 lb pre-stretch packs, two standard 5 lb packs, four 10 lb packs, four 20 lb packs, and two 40 lb packs for the standard 220 lb setup.
Bowflex’s listed retail parts prices are $57.59 for each pre-stretch pack, $53.99 for each 5 lb or 10 lb pack, and $63.59 for each 20 lb pack. For the 40 lb packs, this calculation uses the cheaper $149 pair sold as the 80 lb upgrade.
That totals $842.48 for the standard 220 lb setup, or $991.48 with a second $149 pair for a 300 lb setup. Prices checked October 20, 2026. Prices and stock can change.
Used eBay listings vary in price and condition and can cost less. These savings are specifically against the new Bowflex pack calculation, not the lowest price available on the used market.
